PhD thesis title: Cosmological Conformal Boundaries (working title)

  Research interests:
  1. Theoretical cosmology
  2. General Relativity
                                 3. Comparisons with real data
                                 4. Conformal boundaries

My PhD focuses on theories of the early and late-time universe, their impact on cosmological observables, such as CMB and large-scale structure, and how this interacts with other modern theories such as holography theory and AdSCFT.

Who or what inspired you to pursue your research interests?
During my Master’s project, where I worked on the theory of palindromic universes, I got my first proper taste of cosmology research, but also of doing research of a more theoretical nature. My previous research experience had all been experimental or computational, so this opened up a whole new perspective for me. It was ultimately this experience with my Master’s project that inspired me to pursue research further.
