PhD thesis: A Study on Dust in Terrestrial Zone and Time Variability in Debris Dis

My research seeks to better understand the dynamics in near-habitable/habitable zones in extrasolar systems with multiwavelength observations of debris disks. Specifically, I would like to focus on the time variability of these systems to understand the dynamical processes that help shape planets and deliver key ingredients for life.
Who or what inspired you to pursue your research interests?
During my undergraduate years, I started to become interested in observational astronomy and specifically, planets. I had a great opportunity to work on the newest JWST data of the debris disk system eta Corvi, which showed intriguing time variable infrared excess. This sparked my interest in studying observations of debris disk systems.
