Andrew Fischer, a Harding Scholar in his third year of a PhD in Asian and Middle Eastern Studies, has been interviewed about his doctoral research by Kumamoto University in Japan. The interview was conducted in Japanese, and was translated and edited by Andrew.
Andrew is conducting doctoral research at Kumamoto University on sixteenth-century documents issued by some of Japan’s most prominent warlords.
